Artists Sought For First Thursday

First Thursday Fayetteville is seeking artists to participate in a monthly art walk on the first Thursday of each month, April through November.

First Thursday is held on the Fayetteville square and involves the ddp gallery and Fayetteville Underground. It is currently expanding outdoors to East Avenue and the Town Center Plaza, where selected artists can show their work.

Artists must submit an application by the 20th of each month to be considered for the following month.

Artists will be selected by juried review. All genres of art will be considered, but must be original and completely created by the artist. Artwork cannot include nudity or violence.

To be considered for the May show, artists must apply by Tuesday, April 20 at www.firstthursdayfayetteville.com/apply.html or call the Fayetteville Visitors Bureau at 521-5776 for an application.
