Dream act to open for: The list is long, but Tool would be a great one!
Accomplishments: Winner of 2009 Edge Fest Battle of the Bands opened for Slipknot, Staind, Chevelle and others. Our single, “Beautiful Shame,” is in regular rotation at 100.3 The Edge in Little Rock. CD release party was on July 4 at Juanita’s in Little Rock.
What kind of crowd do you draw: All kinds. Young, old, men, women, everyone seems to dig our style.
When and where do you practice: We practice as much as possible. Usually 3 to 5 days a week. We have had a lot of noise complaints in the past, so we use practice pads on the drums and crank the amps down. This seems to force us to listen more and become tighter musically.
Any albums: Our debut album is called “Ignorance & Atrophy,” it was released in 2005. Our brand new album, “Beautiful Shame” is available on iTunes and on MySpace at myspace.com/wastingdaysmusic.
Back stage ritual: We form a circle, put our hands in and yell “Wasting Days” really loud!
Plans: Playing big shows and selling many albums
Goals: To share with others what we love to do and make a positive impact on their lives
