Eleanor needs your help
The sweet, two-year old daughter of Clayton and Meredith Suttle, Eleanor Rose Suttle, is battling bilateral retinoblastoma, a cancer in both eyes that has required medical care and treatment almost from birth. Eleanor’s parents are co-owners of the Greenhouse Grille near downtown Fayetteville.
Eleanor had been receiving treatment at St. Jude’s Research Center in Memphis, undergoing chemo and laser therapy there. Her cancer has returned and her doctors recommend Proton radiation treatment at MPRI in Bloomington, Ind. The treatment is $140,000 and to begin treatment, her family must pay a $70,000 deposit.
The task seems monumental, but if 3,500 people donate $20 or 700 people donated $100, the goal can be reached. Any donation amount is more than welcome and many in the community are trying to help the Suttles raise the funds. A benefit was held last year to help pay for the expenses incurred in traveling to St. Jude’s.
