Only Persimmon Remains
Closed In Fayetteville

Days of deluge led the city of Fayetteville to close some streets Monday (April 25), but city crews worked constantly to combat the flooding. Now only Persimmon Street near the Westside Wastewater Treatment Plant remains closed in Fayetteville.

More rain has been predicted for Wednesday. Outside of immediate emergencies, weather-related incidents can be reported to the city of Fayetteville dispatch at 587-3555 ext. 1. Updated information on road construction and street closings can be found on the web at www.accessfayetteville.org.
