Museum Hires Rogers Man To Deliver Culinary Sensations

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art hired Jacob Harr, who grew up in Rogers, to serve as executive chef. Harr was previously executive chef at Eurest Dining Services in the Walmart Home Office.

From the museum’s news release:

“At Crystal Bridges, Harr will oversee the museum’s full service restaurant and special events facilities and staff who share a common goal: to enhance the museum experience via the palate.”

“Jacob Harr is no stranger to innovation in the kitchen, having worked on the research and development team for the United States Potato Board and placing third in a nationwide recipe contest with a tantalizing blend of California-style falafel with whole grains and roasted corn relish.”
